Ensemble ("we", "us") is a wardrobe and styling app: you photograph your clothes, get outfits styled from what you own, try them on, and share Fit Checks. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers both the Ensemble app and the public Fit Check voting pages.
Some features send your photos and/or the descriptions of your items to third-party AI and infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf:

Uploaded photos are automatically screened to block nudity, sexual content, and any content involving minors. We keep a log of screening decisions to enforce our policies and respond to reports. Photos of a person are processed only for accounts confirmed to be 18+.
Your photos are stored in a private bucket and served only over short-lived signed links that expire automatically — they are not public on the web. We use industry-standard measures to protect your data.
Fit Check is a public voting page someone can share with you. Voting needs no account or login. When you vote we record your choice for that room, the time, and an IP-derived rate-limit signal; if you add a name or emoji, we store exactly what you type, shown only to the room’s owner. Outfit photos in a room belong to its creator and are served over expiring signed links. Rooms expire automatically, and their votes/names expire with them.
Ensemble is open to all ages, but features that process a photo of a person are restricted to users 18 and older. We do not knowingly process body-photo data of anyone under 18. [legal review] Confirm minimum age and any jurisdiction-specific requirements (e.g. COPPA/GDPR-K).
We keep your content until you delete it or your account. Fit Check rooms and their votes expire automatically. Safety logs are retained as needed to enforce our policies. [legal review] Specify exact retention periods.
You can permanently delete your Ensemble account and all associated data at any time. This removes your closet items, outfits, try-on renders, Fit Check rooms and votes, your profile, and every photo you uploaded. It cannot be undone.
In the app: open Settings (gear icon, top right of the Today screen) → Delete account, then confirm. Your account and data are erased immediately.
By email: if you can’t access the app, email amishsanan@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my Ensemble account.” We’ll verify ownership and delete everything within 30 days (usually much sooner). Nothing is retained afterward except where the law requires it.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise them. [legal review] Add region-specific disclosures (GDPR/CCPA) as applicable.
We may update this policy; we’ll revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
