Delete Your Ensemble Account

This is the official account-deletion page for Ensemble, the AI-powered wardrobe and styling app. (Google Play app ID: com.ensemble.app)

You can delete your Ensemble account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is immediate, complete, and permanent — it cannot be undone.

1. Delete your account in the app (recommended)

The fastest way is directly in the Ensemble app:

Confirm when prompted. This immediately and permanently deletes your account and everything in it — your wardrobe photos, body photos, try-on renders, and profile. There is no recovery period.

2. Can't access the app?

If you can no longer sign in or open the app, email us and we'll delete your account and data for you:

We will verify the request and permanently delete your account and all associated data, and confirm by email once it's done.

3. What data is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all of your personal data, including:

• Your account and login (email and sign-in details).
• All wardrobe photos — garment images, catalogued items, and stylised cut-outs.
• Your body photos used for on-body virtual try-on.
• All try-on renders, saved canvas looks, and other generated images.
• Your wardrobe data — items, outfits, wear history, and ratings.
• Your Fit Check rooms, and their votes and comments.
• Your profile and preferences (including your date of birth and styling preferences).

4. What data is kept, and for how long

We do not retain your email, name, date of birth, photos, or wardrobe data — these are deleted. We keep only the following limited records, and only for as long as necessary:

• Safety & moderation records. To keep Ensemble safe and to meet legal obligations, we may retain a minimal internal record that a safety or moderation check occurred (for example, that an upload was screened or a report was filed). These records do not contain your photos, wardrobe, email, name, or date of birth, and are no longer linked to an active account. Retained only as long as needed for security, abuse-prevention, and legal compliance.
• Purchase / transaction records. If you made a purchase, billing and transaction records are retained by Google Play (the payment processor) and RevenueCat (our subscription provider) for the period required by tax and accounting law. We never receive or store your payment-card details.

Other than these limited records, deletion is permanent and irreversible, and nothing else is retained.
